Mushrooms - Our mushroom are a specialty product available only during outside fruiting season. CSA FarmShare customers have first selection if available and will be notified via the Newsletter portal.

Microgreens - Our Microgreens are grown year round in soil. We believe this is the only way we can ensure a nutrient-and-trace-element-dense product for our customers. Microgreen harvests may include Kale, Bok Choi, Spicy Mix, Collard, or other varietals.
